About

The Mudrā Sadhanas have come to us from the Ṛṣis and Yogis, with the intention of “Lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu” (लोका: समस्ता: सुखिनो भवन्तु) which means that all beings in the whole world may be happy. Let us try to feel Mudrā Sādhana with devotion, sincerity, and deep faith.
