This academy aims to make known the practices of Mudrās, Mantras and Meditations according to the traditional way of Ṛṣis and Yogis. We try as much as possible to follow their valuable teachings. All the Practices which come to us from the Ṛṣis and Yogis are with the intention of “Lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu” (लोका: समस्ता: सुखिनो भवन्तु) which means May all beings all around the world be happy.

Conference
Symbolic gestures of the hands and fingers, Mudrās belong to all traditions. The term Mudrā generally refers to the postures or movements of the fingers and hands.

Workshops
By releasing the energy blocked in the Nadis, the Mudras reactivate the flow of sattvic energy, thus offering the practitioner the means to clarify the physical, emotional and mental levels.
Professional Training
This training program about the teaching of Mudrās, Mantras and Meditations will enable the future teachers to learn the knowledge and specific techniques of this discipline. It helps the trainee to learn all the traditional knowledge which is necessary for the transmission of this teaching and the development of his professional activity.
