By releasing the energy blocked in the Nadis, the Mudras reactivate the flow of sattvic energy, thus offering the practitioner the means to clarify the physical, emotional and mental levels. The dynamic meditation of Mudrās practice promotes the balance between the two hemispheres of the brain and facilitates clarity of mind.
Program for 2 days of workshops
Mudras of the feet: by the activation of reflex zones.
Facial exercises: eyebrows, eyelids and lips.
Hand gestures: the 24 Mudrās are practiced with a breathing technique.
Eye exercises (eye yoga)
